By using Bank Statement Kit ("the service") you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Bank Statement Kit converts bank statement PDFs into CSV files. Extraction is automated and provided "as is". While we verify running balances where possible, you are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it for accounting, tax, or financial decisions.

Acceptable use

• Only upload documents you own or are authorized to process.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's privacy.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its rate limits.

Free tier and subscriptions

The free tier includes a limited number of conversions. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay and provide unlimited conversions. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

No warranty

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that extraction will be complete or error-free for every statement format.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank Statement Kit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on converted data.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
