By using Bank Statement Kit ("the service") you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Bank Statement Kit converts bank statement PDFs into CSV files. Extraction is automated and provided "as is". While we verify running balances where possible, you are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it for accounting, tax, or financial decisions.
Acceptable use
- Only upload documents you own or are authorized to process.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's privacy.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
Free tier and subscriptions
The free tier includes a limited number of conversions. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and provide unlimited conversions. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record — the authorized reseller and seller of record for your purchase — and calculates, collects, and remits any applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time from your account settings on this site; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
A refund is available only if you request it within 7 days of the payment date and you have not yet used the service — whichever limit is reached first. Once you have run a conversion, or once 7 days have passed, the payment is non-refundable except where required by law. As Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments handles billing and processes approved refunds. See our full Refund Policy for details.
No warranty
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that extraction will be complete or error-free for every statement format.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank Statement Kit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on converted data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Your use of the service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. If you have a concern or dispute, please first contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
